Anna Grazia Marra here. I hit the permanent makeup scene 7 years back… after diving deep into a hardcore 3-year grind at the top-notch permanent makeup academies. That’s where I scooped up my skills, eventually stepping up to become a PMU master. I threw everything I had into this new gig, soul and all.

Together with a colleague of mine, we launched our own joint – the Glow Academy. And let me tell ya, if I’ve got one motto that’s been guiding me through the ups and downs, it’s this: “Everything happens if you truly believe in it.”

Launching Glow Academy wasn’t just about starting a business; it was about creating a sanctuary, a place where art meets technique, where we could share, teach, and elevate the game of permanent makeup. It’s not just an academy; it’s a movement, driven by passion, dedication, and the belief that we’re not just changing looks – we’re changing lives.

So, when I say, “Everything happens if you truly believe in it,” I’m not just throwing around some fluffy feel-good phrase. It’s the street-smart wisdom that’s carried me from being a rookie to running my own show. It’s about having the guts to dream big, the hustle to make it happen, and the heart to see it through.
