Sandra Rossini returns to PmuSkills in a dual role: Master Speaker and official Competition Judge. She opened the very first edition of the PmuSkills Conference as a speaker; for the fifth-anniversary edition, she takes a seat on the international jury.
What happened in between is worth telling in full.
From 9-magnum pioneer to her own needle
Years ago, Sandra built her realistic-brow method — the 9 Soft Technique — around the 9-magnum soft-edge cartridge, a needle born for body tattooing and adapted to permanent makeup. It worked, and it took her to stages across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Then came the limit. Teaching the method, she kept hearing the same three problems from her students: the double line left by a two-row needle, pigment gone after a month, pressure impossible to control. Tool problems, not artist problems.
Instead of switching brands, she designed the needle from scratch — a single-line curved magnum that didn’t exist on the market. Then she did the same for lips: a single-point needle and her Classy Lips approach to natural mucosa color. Out of all of this, PLUSH was born.
PLUSH — the tool, not the promise

Under Sandra’s leadership, PLUSH™ has redefined studio standards by merging elegant design with advanced technology—such as high-resolution OLED displays and German brushless motors. The device is wireless and light (120 g), with long battery life, an adjustable stroke, and standard cartridge compatibility — built for realistic hairstrokes, where control matters more than power. It’s a tool made by someone who would rather fix the instrument than work around it.
