Over twenty years in permanent makeup have made Letizia Imbagliazzo one of the technical voices the Italian dermopigmentation scene actually turns to. She is the founder of LeI – Accademia di Trucco Permanente in Pordenone, and works as a Technical Specialist for Mr PMU.

Her signature is lip work. What sets her apart on a jury is what sits underneath the result: a working command of the physics of needles and machines, the chemistry of pigments, and the biology of the skin. She reads a piece of work the way an engineer reads a build — not by whether it looks right today, but by whether the choices behind it will hold.

About her work

That thinking became a method. Letizia is the creator of the Mechanical 3P protocol — Physics, Pigments & PMU — which turns dense technical theory into something a dermopigmentation artist can use at the table, at any level, to work safely and predictably. Her teaching is built for operators of every level, not only advanced ones.

As a judge she scores blind: she never sees whose work she is evaluating. Her role as a Mr PMU Technical Specialist sits outside the competition entirely — brand work and jury work are separate tracks, and the evaluation answers only to what is on the skin.
